Why I’m glad (you didn’t) ask I’m Swirly (or Swirlz) I’m just a random person on the net, in fact I’ve been aware of the internet since like 2015? Idk it’s been a long time and my memory is kind of shit. Some of my earliest memories of the net include stuff like going on scratch, playing cool math games, and watching random videos on youtube (mainly minecraft related), though here I am now attempting to make my own site, that's really it lol.
Some things about me:
- I go by she/they, though I don’t mind he/him
- I’m a sweetooth, especially for frozen, fruity, and chocolatey treats
- I’m 19
- I’m a ammature game dev (no I’m not going to show my work, maybe sometime in the future)
- I’m left handed
- My hobbies include drawing, reading, writing, surfing the net, exploring rabbitholes, “running” (pacing), and gaming
- I’m an introvert
- I identify as a demigirl (though I am still questioning my gender a bit, all I just know is I never really fully feel like a girl)
- I also identify as biromantic (I have a guy + enby pref lol) arospec and greysexual
- Disabled, mentally ill, and painfully neurodivergent if alot of the stuff you’re going to see in here isn’t obvious
- I can’t remember shit half of the time lol
- My grammar is shit, in fact there’s probably like 2’000 grammar mistakes in this website lol
- I deal with alot of wrist pain, in fact I’m typing this with my right wrist because my dominant one hurts like hell and I have an ice pack on it
- I’m a pragmatic agnostic
- I absolutely loathe the term “quirky earthbound inspired rpg” because I feel like it downplays and waters down alot of cool and unique rpgs by comparing them to something else (in fact some of the game I’ve seen included aren’t even earthbound inspired) and takes away alot of the themes or story said games are trying to tell by just labelling them all as “quirky”, I also just feel like it mostly gets used in a derogatory sense and it just makes me sad to see people shit on a genre in that way, especially one thats very indie centric
- I really like watching youtube iceberg videos
- I enjoy alot of aesthetics, though I mostly like presenting myself through cutesy ones, though other ones I particularly enjoy include weirdcore + dreamcore, any alt aesthetics, psychedelic, kidcore, and any web based aesthetics
- I’m a selfshipper though I am sharing because I’m pretty apathetic to the idea of someone wanting to kiss the same characters I do, of course if you aren’t sharing thats cool I’m not going to judge I have better things to worry about lol
- I tends to repeat or use certain words alot
- If it wasn’t obvious my favorite color is pink
- I struggle with communicating with others but I don’t bite, if you want to chat as long as you be nice (and don’t be weird) I’m okay with that
- I’m an artist, I have no idea if I would consider myself ammature though I just know is that my art looks like dogwater to others
- I have felt permanently shameful and guilty for no reason for years ;-;
- I like to describe myself as being a mostly open minded person, I’m never going to shame or make you feel bad about something thats a part of you, as long as you aren’t harming anyone or enabling any horrid shit I don’t care. As someone who never felt like they fit into the spaces that were suppose to accept them (mainly because I felt like I was inferior for my identity, experiencing something the “wrong way” or not being enough) I don’t want people to feel left out, they’re inferior, or that they don’t belong anywhere, we’re all unique in our experience, appearance, and identity and there’s a beauty to that, so again as long as you’re not like a bigot, predator, or part of any communities that enable bad or gross things you’re always welcome on my page ^^
